- ✅ Damaged or wrong? We remake it free
Because every item is personalised just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or with a mistake, we'll remake it free of charge.
*Please note: the design is an example only. Your final design will be your child's artwork and handwriting, so the messages, colours and style will vary.
We will print your child's handwriting and artwork as shown in the photo you provide us. If you order a black t-shirt, we'll likely lighten the artwork to make it more visible against the black.
Please use a marker or felt tip when creating your artwork and writing your message. This will really help us make sure your order is the best it can be!
We do not accept refunds on personalised items, so please ensure you are happy with it before sending it to us.
