Persy Boo UK Returns & Refund Policy

At Persy Boo, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, our UK returns policy makes it simple to return or exchange your items. Please review the details below before submitting a return request.

 

14-Day UK Return Policy

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
  • To be eligible, items must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
    • In the original packaging with tags attached
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

🚫 Items returned after 14 days, or products showing clear signs of use, will not be accepted.

 

How to Start a Return

  2. We’ll issue you a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and provide return instructions.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label via email.

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to remorse (e.g., change of mind, wrong size chosen), the customer covers return shipping.
  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Persy Boo covers the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns.

 No restocking fees apply to any returns.

 

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalised products
  • Perishable items (e.g., candles)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you are unsure about whether your product qualifies, please contact our team before starting a return.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

Please inspect your order on arrival. If you receive a wrong or faulty item:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost

 

Refunds – How Long Do They Take?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if it was approved.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to an error on our side).
  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take extra time for the funds to appear.

 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

  • Wrong product received
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Damaged or defective items

To exchange, return the item as above. Once accepted, place a new order for your replacement item.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, recheck your bank account.
  • Next, contact your credit card company or bank as processing may take time.
