- Type of jersey - plain / vertical striped etc
- Colour of the jersey - ie: 7 = red
- Your surname (Team name)
- Names of each family member
- Number for each person
- Specify which name wants a baby grow(s) / pet bowl(s)
You can request as many jerseys as we can suitably fit on the baby grow.
Please note: if you do not provide the above information correctly we will use random numbers & they will all be on the same size jerseys.
