Refund Policy

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 21 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. 

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


Please Note – Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Personalised items are also not able to be returned or exchanged unless damaged on receiving item 

Refund for Personalised Items 

Once an item has been printed or embroidered it is not possible to cancel the order once dispatched. The Consumer Contracts Regulations that came into force on 13th of June 2014 exclude “personalised goods or goods made to a consumers specification” and the decorated items we supply fall into this category. You can return decorated items that are faulty, damaged or were incorrectly supplied
